Structural Engineering Services

ddk Engineering was established in 2010 as the next step of the evolution of a career that has spanned over 30 years, with a wide diversity of projects, clients, and responsibilities. I have established my reputation and quality standards at a high level of service and project responsibility.

As a structural engineer, I prefer to work in the commercial/residential arena, where the development of a project involves interaction with the architect to execute ideas and design elements that the architect holds paramount, while providing the physical support and “actual” execution of their design. Often, architectural demands require unique and singular solutions from the engineer. I often consider a successful engineering project as one where the structural elements become invisible while architectural detail is emphasized.

Everything I do disappears, but that is the world I live in. 

Structural support can be a challenge at times, but it is that challenge that gives me enjoyment in what I do.
